Delivery of 12 Post Extrusion Equipments to Messrs. STL Extrusion

Messrs. STL Extrusion, one of the leading suppliers of PVC profiles, constantly increases and modernizes their production equipment because of their big business success.
In May, 2011, Messrs. LRS delivered 12 complete production lines for the production of window profiles and window-sills made of PVC. The lines are equipped with twin strand extruders. The production capacity has been increased by 40.000 t/year.
For the first time, there are being used calibration tables with energy saving system. This new system reduces the energy consumption up to 70 percent and even more depending on the type of profile. Furthermore, the noise level of the plants is being drastically reduced. LRS post extrusion equipments are state of the art.
